In 1989, Paul was trained and mentored by his father, Ernie Eskine, to take over the daily operations at Houston Aircraft Instruments, Inc. Paul’s goals are to continue to move HAI into the future. He believes in maintaining a fervent respect for past traditions, while adhering to HAI’s principles of integrity, honesty, and excellent service.

In 1994, upon completion of his degree and certification from Spartan School of Aeronautics in Tulsa, Sailo was recruited by Paul Eskine, president of Houston Aircraft Instruments, Inc. for the position of Instrument Repair Specialist. In 1997, Sailo was promoted to the position of Vice-President due to his dedication and integrity to HAI’s principles. His technical expertise along with his attention to detail and clarity of vision is invaluable to the operation of the company.
